Mathilde and Amanda are behind the food universe Mummum, where they have lived out their shared passion for food since 2017. Mathilde and Amanda are childhood friends and come from a small town in North Jutland. This has given them an honest and down-to-earth approach to most things, which is also reflected in their food. They make a virtue of developing and sharing honest, simple and delicious recipes that everyone can indulge in.

Mathilde and Amanda's recipe development is particularly based on their past as students and also on their current lives as families with small children, which is why they always try to develop recipes that are in line with the food they make for themselves with key words such as easy and budget-friendly. They explore all corners of the world, but are particularly fond of traditional Danish food, and they are especially good at sweet cuisine. Mathilde and Amanda experience great engagement with their simple everyday dishes, and are distinguished by having an Instagram profile with a particularly strong performance compared to other food channels.
