Behind the handle 'Mummum' is Mathilde and Amanda, who since 2017 has shared their passion for food. Since then, they have created five cookboks with great success. They are childhood friends and come from a small town in Northern Jutland. Therefore, they have an honest and down-to-earth approach to life which is also reflected in their food. They make a virtue of developing and sharing honest, simple and delicious recipes that everyone can indulge in.

Mathilde and Amanda's recipe development is particularly based on their past as students and also on their current lives as families with small children, which is why they always try to develop recipes that are in line with the food they make for themselves with key words such as easy and budget-friendly. Mathilde and Amanda experience great engagement with their simple everyday dishes, and are distinguished by having an Instagram profile with a particularly strong performance compared to other food channels.
