Buzzanova ApS (“Buzzanova”, “we”, “us”) operates internal tools that connect to third-party platforms — including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — to help us manage advertising campaigns and page content on behalf of our clients.

1. What Data We Collect

Through the Meta APIs we access the following data, strictly for business purposes:

  • Ad account data — campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and other performance metrics (via ads_read).
  • Page & post insights — reach, engagement, reactions, and comments on Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts we manage (via pages_read_engagement).

We do not collect personal data from end users who interact with ads or pages. We only access aggregated performance metrics.

2. How We Use the Data

  • Internal reporting and performance dashboards for our team and clients.
  • Campaign optimization and budget allocation.
  • Generating performance reports shared with the respective client (data owner).

We do not sell, rent, or share Meta data with any third parties beyond the client who owns the ad account or page.

3. Data Storage & Security

  • Data is stored on secured, access-controlled servers within the EU.
  • Access is restricted to authorized Buzzanova employees via authenticated login.
  • API tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed in client-facing interfaces.
  • We retain performance data only as long as needed for reporting (typically the current and previous fiscal year).

4. Data Deletion

If a client terminates their relationship with Buzzanova, we delete all associated Meta data within 30 days of the termination date. Users can also request deletion at any time by contacting us.
